Customer First is a new scheme from Corgi for installers who provide an approved quality service.
1 Provide a friendly and trustworthy service.
2 Turn up to a job on time and if not possible call the customer to let them know when they will arrive.
3 Provide a fair quote in writing and stick to it unless the job Changes. any changes will be agreed with and explained to the customer.
4 Leave the place how it was found.
5 Endeavour to resolve any problems with the work carried out and work with the customer to sort out any issues.
